Hi, we’re Claire & Gráinne — Co-founders of Property Staging Collective.

With a passion for thoughtful design and an unwavering attention to detail, we believe every space has a story to tell. Our work is all about helping properties communicate that story with purpose, beauty and intention.

Both of our interior journeys began with Diplomas in Interior Design and grew through hands-on experience in commercial and home renovations whilst running our own individual interior design companies.

20 years of combined experience in interior design and property renovations, combined with backgrounds in real estate and digital marketing, led us to co-found Property Staging Collective. Together, we’ve created a space where our combined expertise helps homeowners, investors and developers transform empty or under performing properties into homes that truly sell themselves.

To us, staging is about so much more than making a room look beautiful. It’s about crafting an emotional experience, the kind that makes someone fall in love with a home the moment they walk through the door.
